Are your wraps and decals removable?
Yes — most of our vinyl products are fully removable and surface-safe, making them ideal for rentals, temporary promotions, or seasonal updates. We’ll recommend the best material based on your project goals and surface type. If you are looking for more permanent solutions, we’ve got you covered there, too.
Can you install graphics for me, or is it just print?
We offer full-service installation for most of our wraps and signage. Whether you need a wall wrap applied in your office or window decals installed on-site, we’ve got the right material for the job with professional, bubble-free results.
Can your vinyl products be used outdoors?
Absolutely. We use weather-resistant vinyls and HP Latex inks designed to withstand the elements. Our outdoor decals, signs, and wraps are built to resist sun, moisture, and temperature changes.
Do you offer design help if I’m not sure what I want?
Yes! We love working with clients from concept to completion. If you don’t have a final design, we’ll brainstorm with you and provide mockups that reflect your brand, space, and goals.

What happens if my decal or wrap gets damaged?

Terms & Conditions
Agreement for our services and website usage
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website (www.stellarsignsllc.com), requesting a quote, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with Stellar Signs LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our services or website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with any changes taking effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Services
We provide custom vinyl wrap design, large-format printing, and signage production services, including optional installation support. Services may include but are not limited to:
- Custom-sized equipment case wraps
- Window and wall decals
- Vehicle lettering and partial wraps
- Printed stickers, banners, and signs
We reserve the right to decline service for projects that are deemed unlawful, offensive, or in violation of third-party copyrights.
3. Quotes & Orders
Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days from the date issued and are subject to change if project details are modified. Orders are confirmed once:
- A deposit is received, or
- Written (including email) acceptance of a quote is provided
Example: If a customer changes a case size after the initial quote, a revised quote will be issued. Proofs must be signed or approved electronically before production. We are not responsible for errors in dimensions or graphics after final approval is received.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are based on project scope, materials selected, labor time, and design complexity. All prices are quoted in USD. Full payment is due before product release unless prior agreement is made.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, business checks, and electronic transfers. A late fee of 1.5% per month may apply to overdue balances.
Example: A $500 invoice unpaid for 30 days may incur a $7.50 late fee.
Custom orders, once approved, may require partial or full prepayment to cover production costs.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund, less administrative or design labor fees. Once production begins, materials are committed and refunds may not be issued. Custom prints, personalized wraps, and cut vinyl are not eligible for refund due to the nature of the work.
Example: If vinyl has already been printed or cut for your order, those materials cannot be restocked and the cost is non-refundable.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate dimensions, legible artwork, and clear instructions. Stellar Signs LLC is not responsible for production or installation issues caused by:
- Incorrect measurements
- Misspelled words in client-submitted artwork
- Poor surface preparation (dust, oil, etc.)
Clients are encouraged to communicate all critical details before final approval.
7. Intellectual Property
Designs and layouts created by Stellar Signs LLC remain our intellectual property unless a rights release is issued in writing. You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute our designs without explicit permission. We respect all copyright laws and expect clients to only submit assets they are authorized to use.
Example: Uploading a corporate logo you do not own the rights to is a violation of this agreement.
8. Turnaround Time
Turnaround time begins once final artwork is approved and payment (or deposit) is received. Standard lead times range from 3 to 10 business days depending on job scope. Rush orders may incur additional fees. Delays due to vendor shortages, machine maintenance, or weather-related shipping issues will be communicated promptly.
Example: A large batch of printed case wraps with complex lamination may require 7+ business days for completion.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages or losses arising from the use of our products or services, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the order in question. Clients are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery or installation and reporting any defects within 3 business days.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts located within Riverside County, California. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

Important: Clients must inspect products within 3 business days of receipt and notify us immediately of any concerns. Failure to do so may void refund eligibility.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Custom graphics that have been printed, laminated, or cut
- Design fees for completed artwork or revisions
- Vinyl wraps already installed or partially installed
- Orders based on incorrect measurements or design approvals provided by the client

Shipping Policy

- Medium orders (e.g., small wraps, posters): 5-7 business days
- Large or complex orders (e.g., case wraps, signage packages): 7-14 business days
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to production capacity.
3. Shipping Methods
We ship orders via reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping method is determined based on order size, weight, destination, and customer preference. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

We offer free delivery to customers located within a 30-mile radius of Murrieta, California (ZIP code 92563). This service is provided via our in-house delivery team to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

7. International Shipping
